W175 Saccharomyces cerevisiae, top-fermented wheat beer yeast
The W175 is one of the most popular wheat beer yeasts in southern Germany and already has many followers worldwide. This yeast is ideal for the production of various top-fermented Weissbier specialities. It is characterized by a full but homogeneous aroma profile. Creates a pure fruity-estry aroma. Compared to other Weissbier yeasts, the W175 produces a higher concentration of the typical aromas of Weissbier, but in a balanced proportion.
